Naming or contacting an individual through this website does not, by itself, create a personal service contract, personal warranty, or personal guarantee by that individual. A personal guarantee, if any, must be separately and expressly undertaken by that individual in writing. Nothing here removes personal liability that applicable law imposes or overrides an individual’s separately enforceable obligations.
2. An inquiry is not a booking
A form submission, automated reference, email acknowledgment, phone inquiry, or request for a quote does not reserve officers or cleaners, establish dispatch coverage, create a client relationship, or form a service agreement. Service requires confirmation of availability and a written agreement accepted by you and an authorized Frontline representative, including any required payment or deposit terms.
Website descriptions, starting prices, sample reports, and promotional offers are general information. Final scope, staffing, hours, equipment, pricing, exclusions, and terms are confirmed in your written quote or agreement. Do not rely on an unconfirmed estimate as a commitment to perform services.
Combined event packages are custom quoted. Security and cleaning duties, guest counts, venue access, disposal arrangements, and schedules must be reviewed. Package descriptions do not promise unlimited staffing, tasks, or hours, and do not create an automatic discount.
3. Service scope & realistic expectations
Security services are intended to support deterrence, observation, access procedures, reporting, and response within the agreed assignment. They do not guarantee that crime, injury, property damage, unauthorized access, or other incidents will never occur. Frontline is not a law-enforcement agency or an insurer of persons or property.
Cleaning services follow the agreed checklist and scope. Website references to cleaning or disinfection do not guarantee a sterile environment, elimination of every pathogen, or prevention of illness. Specialized hazards, biohazard work, restoration, and other tasks are not included unless expressly accepted in the service agreement.
These statements explain the service offering; they do not excuse Frontline from performing agreed duties with the care required by the contract and applicable law.
4. Client information & venue coordination
Provide accurate information about your request and disclose relevant venue requirements through an appropriate channel. Confirm that you have authority to request services and share related information. Management must review material changes in hours, guest counts, location, risks, or duties before confirming any change to the assignment or price. Specific client and venue responsibilities are established in the signed service agreement.
Not emergency dispatch
Website forms, email, and quote requests are not monitored as emergency dispatch channels. Do not use them to report an active threat or request immediate emergency assistance. Call 911 for an emergency.
5. Permitted website use
You may use the public website to learn about Frontline and make lawful, genuine inquiries. Do not submit false or unlawful material, impersonate another person, upload malicious code, disrupt the website, collect other people’s information without authority, attempt unauthorized access, or access employee or client portals without permission.
We may restrict website access or decline to process abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful submissions, subject to applicable law. Restrictions on website use do not eliminate obligations owed under an existing service agreement.

7. Website availability & warranty limits

A signed service agreement controls the services covered by that agreement. These website terms do not amend an existing contract, create a personal guarantee, or change payment, cancellation, insurance, indemnification, or operational responsibilities established in a separate agreement.
